The Courage

Container

A 3-week portal for the woman who's done waiting to feel ready

You've been rehearsing your life for too long.

The poetry exists. The paintings are made. The songs are recorded. The business plan is written. The podcast concept is clear. The course is outlined. The work is ready.

You're the only thing standing between your gifts and the world.

Not because you're broken. Not because you lack talent. Not because the timing is wrong.

Because you've been waiting to feel ready.

And here's what I know about you: You'll never feel ready.

Ready isn't a feeling you arrive at after enough preparation. Ready is the choice you make when fear is screaming and you create anyway.

The Courage Container is where that choice becomes inevitable.

Imagine this version

of you:

It's Tuesday morning. You've done your morning practice - moved your body, checked in with yourself, maybe journaled. Now you're ready to engage with the world. You open Instagram - not to scroll through other people's lives, but to post the poem you wrote at 2am. Your finger hovers over "share" and your chest tightens and you press it anyway. You watch it go live. Your hands are shaking. You're also smiling.

You're at a coffee shop. Someone asks what you do. Your throat doesn't close. Your voice doesn't get small. You tell them about the business you're building, the art you're making, the podcast you just launched. You say it like it's fact. Because it is.

You open your laptop. There's the Etsy shop you built six months ago that's just been sitting there, unpublished. You click "make shop public" and feel your stomach flip and do it anyway. Within an hour, someone favorites one of your pieces. Your body floods with "oh my god, people can actually see this now" panic and "holy shit, someone likes it" exhilaration at the same time.

Your calendar says "creative time" and you actually show up for it. Not to research. Not to plan. To create. Your voice memos are full of ideas you're actually acting on instead of collecting. Your notes app is a launching pad now, not a graveyard.

Someone DMs you: "How did you get so brave?" You almost laugh because you don't feel brave. You feel terrified most of the time. But you're doing it anyway. And that's somehow become your new normal.

You're not rehearsing your life anymore. You're living it. And it's messy and imperfect and so fucking alive.

This is what becomes possible in The Courage Container:

01

Week 1: COURAGE TO CLAIM

You get crystal clear on the specific creative work that's been waiting inside you. Not vague "someday" dreams - the exact thing you're creating and sharing in the next 3 weeks. You'll map what you actually want and why you've been protecting yourself from having it.

By the end of Week 1, you know exactly what you're building and you've started building it.

02

Week 2: COURAGE TO FEEL

Here's where your nervous system learns that being seen is safe. We're not talking about fear - we're moving through it. Somatic practices that teach your body that visibility doesn't equal danger. Emotional confidence building that lets you hold your bigness without collapsing.

By the end of Week 2, you've made a decision that scared you. And your body has evidence that you survived being seen and trusting yourself.

03

Week 3: COURAGE TO TAKE ACTION (Live)

The live Zoom call where everything crystallizes. You ask questions. You get coached through your specific edge. You witness other women pressing publish, sending the email, opening the shop, sharing the work. You take the action you've been avoiding while being held by women who are doing the same thing.

By the end of Week 3, the thing you've been hiding is out in the world. And you're already creating the next thing.

The woman on the other side of this:

She doesn't wait for permission anymore.

She posts her work without seventeen rounds of editing.

She shares her voice without apologizing for taking up space.

She builds her business while still scared instead of waiting to feel confident first.

She chooses herself even when it disappoints people who prefer her small.

She's not fearless. She's just done letting fear make her decisions.

That woman is already inside you. She's been waiting for you to choose her.

This is where you finally do.

Here's what past participants created:

01

"I loved how challenging yet supportive your program was. In your container, I honestly looked forward to taking big leaps in my business (and life in general), even though I was shit scared lol. Each time I reached out to you for guidance, you had something to say that completely blew me away. It became so easy for me to step into my 2.0 version and hold that next level of reality because I had your support if I slipped back into my old patterns."

What will you create?

What you actually get inside:

My voice in your pocket, daily. Think of it like mini-podcast episodes that show up exactly when you need them. Raw, unfiltered, "here's what your resistance is doing and here's how to move through it" guidance. Nervous system tools. The truth you need to hear when you're about to talk yourself out of posting.

Direct line to me, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm MST. Voice message me when you're spiraling, when you're celebrating, when you're literally hovering over the "publish" button and your heart is racing. I respond with the exact thing that'll cut through your bullshit and get you moving again.

A group of women doing the scary thing together. Post your wins. Cheer when someone else takes the leap. Watch what happens when women stop performing and start actually creating. The energy here is alive - courage is contagious and you're going to catch it.

4 weeks total access. 3 weeks of active container + 1 week to let it all land. Then it closes. This isn't "save for later and never come back" - you're either in it, taking action, becoming different, or you're out.

Live Zoom call Week 3. The moment where shit gets real. Ask questions. Get coached through your specific edge. Watch other women do the thing they've been terrifying themselves over and realize "oh, I can do this too."

Neurosomatic resilience coach

Chelsea Bartell-Smith

Chelsea isn't just a Neurosomatic Resilience Coach—she's a woman who has walked through the fire of her own survival patterns and emerged with the map home.

Having navigated the labyrinth of complex trauma herself, she doesn't speak about nervous system regulation from textbooks but from the cells of her own transformed body. Her approach dissolves trauma responses not through force or fixing, but through the gentle power of remembering what your body knew before the world taught it to brace, numb, and disconnect.

Where traditional approaches focus on managing symptoms, Chelsea's work illuminates the pathways back to your sovereignty—that unshakable center where survival patterns no longer dictate your choices, your relationships, or your capacity to feel alive.

Through her unique blend of nervous system regulation and neurosomatic tools, she has guided hundreds of women across the threshold from merely surviving to fully embodying the truth of who they were always meant to be.

This isn't just her profession. It's her calling. Born from her own journey home to herself.
